The fancy stuff

Everything the other programs have needed for years.

Relative cues

Hold down a hot cue pad and jog around to cut to somewhere nearby. Perfect for stuff like pre-drop vocals that don't otherwise need a pad binding.

Resample loops

Record your jumps, loops, FX, etc. into a fresh loop. Then drop it back in and build on top of it.

Hands-free automation

Queue your EQ and FX moves and let them play back on their own. Great for transitions, builds, or really anywhere that you could benefit from having >2 hands.

Power-efficient audio processing

Anyone who's used the other apps knows that they eat your battery for breakfast. Mixdown's custom audio engine lets you run huge chains on both decks without breaking a sweat.

MIDI controller compatibility

I mapped out the controls of 20+ popular MIDI-based controllers so that they all work here. If yours isn't picked up, reach out and I'll see what I can do.

Full FX rack

Constantly-growing list of FX, each with DAW-like parameter control. Currently includes color filter, echo, delay, reverb, flanger, phaser, and noise.
